Teams will be officially registered once they have completed the registration form and made an initial payment of:

• Teams with accommodation: €1,000
• Teams without accommodation: €500

No team is guaranteed a spot until this initial payment is made; therefore, it is recommended to complete the payment as soon as possible before all available spots are filled.

THE REGISTRATION FORM MUST BE COMPLETED AT THE FOLLOWING WEBSITE:

Before December 31, 2026, the rest of the total amount must be paid.

A month and a half before, all the teams must inform the organization of the number of people who will participate in the tournament: players, technical staff, managers, family members, etc.

IF A TEAM CANCELS THE REGISTRATON:

• 60 days before the start of the tournament, 100% of the amounts paid will be refunded.
• 30 days before the start of the tournament, 50% of the amounts paid will be refunded.
• Less than 30 days before the start of the tournament, the amounts paid will not be refunded.

IF A PLAYER CANCELS HIS REGISTRATION:

• Before January 1, 2027, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
• After January 1, 2027, nothing will be returned.
• In case of not notifying the organization there will be no roght of return.

All cancellations must be informed in writing to the tournament organization, always within the deadlines mentioned in the previous sections.
